Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • The product must not have been modified, damaged through misuse, or improperly installed.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used propane tanks

  • Tanks that have been filled with propane

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and, when applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Warranty Coverage

Elite Propane Tanks honors applicable manufacturer warranties on eligible products.

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type. Warranty claims may include defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Improper installation

  • Abuse, misuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and supporting documentation when submitting a warranty claim.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product defect.
